This program is designed for people who hate to exercise,
diet, tight fitting clothes & calorie counting!

A program that succeeds maintaining nutrition & exercise
to balance a healthy active lifestyle for life-

We also sell the 3Phase Diet Deck to teach you how to control your portions and what different food groups you need to eat & keep the off the weight. Email for more information or they are available for purchase at every class.
Exercise is only a small part in the struggle to maintain healthy bodies. Eating proper foods & learning to control our portions is the hardest but most important to see results.

Spring break - kids home, company in town.....
no problem, no need to miss, bring them along & join the fun!

Classes are $10 each.
Pay for however many you want to attend each month.
If you are traveling or only want a few classes
per month, we offer that flexibility. No long term contracts.

Discounts given when you pay
 for several months
at a time.

Purchase 3 months at a time, class rate drops to $6.00

There will be a $15.00 late fee if payment is not
received the first week of class. We reserve the right to refuse 
participation due to health or safety reasons,
deliquent payments, or outstanding balances.
No refunds or makeups.

Location is Pecos Park located on 48th south of Chandler Blvd.
Classes are held outside using all areas of the park.
Dress accordingly.
Exercise mats are optional if you would like to use your own.
